What we collect
Name, email, phone (optional), mattress size/variant, custom dimensions (if provided), and your selections (installation/removal). At checkout we also process payment details through our payment providers.

Why we use your data (legal bases)

To create and manage your pre-order / order and deliver your product (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract).
To issue invoices, keep tax/warranty records, and prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(c)/(f)).
To send marketing only if you opt in (separate consent) (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who processes your data
Service providers acting on our instructions, including Shopify (store platform), Revolut / payment or other payment gateways, email providers, hosting/IT, and logistics partners for delivery/collections.

International transfers
Some providers (e.g., Shopify) may store data outside the EU/EEA. They rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention
Order data is retained for the period required by applicable law (e.g., tax/warranty obligations) and then securely deleted or anonymised. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your rights
