Huggah Pre-Launch – Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
This offer is provided by Smart Materials Limited, 4 Jewel Court, Pembroke PBK 1121, Malta (“Huggah”, “we”, “us”).

2. Subscription & Discount Codes
By subscribing to Huggah updates, you may receive promotional discount codes.

  • Codes are limited, non-transferable, and valid only on official Huggah sales channels (e.g., our website once live).

  • Each code may be redeemed once per customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Expiry dates or restrictions (such as specific products or sizes) will be clearly communicated.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can only be placed once the product page is live.

  • All payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Shopify Payments, Revolut, or other providers where available).

  • Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery options, timings, and any associated fees will be displayed on the product page at the time of ordering.

  • Free delivery and optional installation/removal services may be available in Malta & Gozo, subject to confirmation during checkout.

5. Returns & 100-Night Trial

  • Huggah mattresses come with a 100-night home trial. If you do not love your mattress, we will collect it (Malta & Gozo only) and refund the amount paid, subject to our returns process and fair-use conditions.

  • Custom sizes may be excluded from the 100-night trial where local law permits—eligibility will be confirmed before purchase.

  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Warranty

  • Huggah mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Full warranty terms will be provided with your order confirmation.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our returns and cancellation policies, available on the website at the time of order.

  • Promotional subscriptions and discount codes are not redeemable for cash.

8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time for clarity or legal compliance. Material changes will be notified via email or our website.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
